Returns for original paintings are only accepted within a certain timeframe. You must contact us within 3 days of delivery and ship the painting back within 7 days of delivery. I can provide a refund or exchange provided I receive the painting in its original resalable condition.
Customers are responsible for safe re-packaging (in the same way it was received , you can use the same packaging) and return shipping costs.
Please make sure to take a video of unpacking your order when you receive it. If your item is damaged or you received wrong order contact right away with images/ video's of damaged order.
If your piece was a custom commission there are no refunds or exchanges. All sales of commissions are final.
Send tracking number of order once shipped from your end. You'll be notified once I receive the order. Once order is received I will inspect it and let you know if refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since I’ve approved your return, please contact me.
